Meditations in Color
A living study of color in use, across time.
An archive of artists' palettes. A quiet place for looking closely. A studio for drawing.
This page gathers public-facing tools that extend Meditations in Color beyond the main drawing system. Each study is a way of holding the archive up to a different kind of light, letting color, palette, and provenance take on new, shareable forms. Studies one to seven read the painting archive; eight to fifteen turn the same instruments on the film archive, where the palette is a poster and the artist is a director, ending in a screening room where those sheets run as a programme.
Begin with the flyer study, jump to the movie studies, see the archive sheets and the one sheets, sit down in the screening room, or return to the drawing system.
